Digital Delivery: We provide a 100% digital service. Your final staged images will be delivered directly to your inbox.
Payments & Refunds: To get started, we require payment upfront. Because our staging is custom-designed specifically for your property, all sales become final and non-refundable once our design work begins.
Photo Quality: Great inputs make great outputs! High-resolution, well-lit photos will give you the most stunning and realistic final staged images.
Quick Turnaround: You can expect your initial drafts within 24 to 48 business hours after we receive your payment and source photos.
Complimentary Revisions: We want you to love the result. Your package includes three (3) rounds of minor tweaks (like swapping a couch or changing a rug color). Please note that changing the room's entire design style will require a new order.
Artistic Representation: Our virtually staged images are designed to beautifully market your property. They are artistic visualizations rather than exact, to-scale architectural renderings.
Your Usage Rights: You receive full, ongoing rights to use the delivered images however you like for your marketing needs.
File Storage: We keep your finished files safe on our servers for 30 days. Please be sure to download and back up your images once you receive them!
